215 Series Face Mills

215 Series Face Mills are an economical replacement alternative for solid end mills in depth of cut to .555", are for machining square shoulders, designed to work well in #30 and #40 taper machine spindles. The Hardened through bodies make this tooling enhanced durability and excellant dimensional control. These tools have a screw on insert for quick efficient indexing times and with its positive geometry it has a free cutting action. The APKX inserts chip controlled geometry design will machine a wide variety of materials which is good for all materials as listed in the chart below.
